Stephanie is wonderful to work with. I really needed her support this year as my husband had open heart surgery just before the golf tournament and when the signs all had to be in. She worked with me to the very last minute and I do appreciate it. PS. He is doing well.
The signs were wonderful…………..even the one person who wanted to design his own!!! The hardest part is just getting the sponsors early enough…….not much you can do about it. It depends on our Board to get them.
Please contact me again in February or March to see if we are even going to have an event next year. The Executive Director is leaving at the end of 2012 and as a result everything is up in the air as you well know.

The event went very well. I’m sure that next year, we will sell all 18 holes. In addition to the hole sponsorships, we did have others (closest to pin, longest drive and the prizes for winners were all sponsored.
Christina was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and on top of things.
Everything about the process was easy, but especially working with the layout artist. She was great and everything went smooth as glass.
By the way your full color sign with images are cheaper than what I had printed locally which was green letter on a white board and looked like crap! I am so glad I followed up a cold call we got last year.
I e-mailed the first proofs Jeane did to people who were on the committee and told them to show them to prospective donors on their smart phones and it was an easy sell. Also Mark suggested that the flags be displayed at school after the tournament and that was successful as well.
You all were AWESOME!! I got so many compliments on the signs and I’ve passed your names along to several people who hold golf tournaments in town. I can’t believe how great everything was.

I wasn’t sure how I was going to get the signs done this year until you guys contacted me. I must say at first I was a little hesitant but after reading all the great reviews from your website I realized your company did great work and I’d give it a shot.
Everything was great, again, this year. The windshield stickers were very effective and the perfect way for me to snag that $1,000 sponsor. All the other signage looked fine at the various holes.

Everything was great this year, I can’t think of anything to tell you that you all need to work on. Getting the art approved is easy and shipping is quick!
We would love to have you volunteer to design a brochure and save the date card for us. We do use a local printer in Nashville who prints those items for us for free every year. If you would still like to help us design it though, that would be wonderful.

Our tournament was a great success – 140 participants, 20 of them amputees! Everyone seemed to have a great time, but my camera was not working and somehow I forgot to save the photo page of golfers that appeared the next day in The Buffalo News! If I can get my hands on a copy, I’ll send it on to you.
What I like best about working with you is how easy you make it! As soon as I send you an image for a sign, you send me a proof! Once you have our approval, you send the signs post haste. Nothing to complain about there. The only challenge is getting images in the proper format from our sponsors. Not all of them have ad agencies that create and provide them the files.
Probably the most challenging part of running the event is time! We are volunteers and I am only one of two of us “working” for the tournament. I am “retired” so I have more time available than many others, but when the crunch arrives, there just aren’t enough hours to produce all the computerized materials needed – from registration to recording payments to scoring to . . . you name it! I’m not sure that there’s anything you can do to help; I just have to get more systems in place.
Next year’s event is Monday, July 1st. We should begin collecting sponsor logos, etc. somewhere around mid-May, I think.

This year’s event was our most financially successful EVER (including all other events I have working on in the last 25 yrs.!). Our gross income was $107,000! We made extra money with raffles and auctions, dinner only, etc. I did not take a ton of pics but I will look thru them and share few. We had a few drizzling spells so I just got lazy with the camera.
As for the most difficult part of the event.. getting folks to call or email back!!!! Any magic for that? Any new ideas to put a “spark” in the dinner program and awards portion of the evening?
So, I am “pumped” to try again next yr.. even tho’ I am “retired”! ?

The signs were a hit! I am so thankful that you contact me. Quick Story: The day you called, we lost one of our foundation employees to resignation. She had been on staff for many years and knew how the whole process went… SO this was the first golf event that I have done solo, as I came from a shop that had 20 employees, and our event has been going on for 32 years. I am the only Foundation staff member outside of our director… Your products were so exceptional, and the service was amazing. I am a huge emailer, and just emailing and communicating with Jeane made things SO easy for me. I should show you the signs we had in the past–they were so plain and boring. A good time for the save the date and tri fold brochure would probably be late January. We sent the save the dates out in late March/early April.

Actually, our outing was rescheduled due to monsoon-like rain on the course! We were all set up and ready to go and the course called the event. We are now rescheduled for Monday, June 18th. Everyone loves the signs – and are quite impressed thus far – I am excited to see how the actual sponsors feel once they see them on the course on the 18th. We will be having a post-event meeting and discussing what went well, what didn’t , etc and planning for next years event and I would love to talk to you about how you can further assist us with our needs.

To be very honest you guys have given me the best service as far as quality and turnover I’ve ever received and I’ve been in advertising and marketing for over 5 yrs! Chris was amazing I just sent her a picture from my phone of what I needed and she was able to duplicate exactly what I wanted so I have nothing but amazing things to say.

I think everyone did a great job. I liked that we didn’t have to start from scratch because the brochures were from your company. I just had to make a few changes on the proofs and you got them to me right away to approve. Plus the shipping was fast!

Your signs are excellent, while there are prior sources we’ve had who provided lower pricing, I do not believe their attention to detail approaches Fairway and I know their quality is a grade or two lower. Overall, you provide a terrific product at a great value. I personally like large banners, they make our events look grander, so we’ll likely add more next year. Your two offers are appreciated and certainly accepted, I will send you the last two tri-folds, the first done professionally (excellent) and the second done by a volunteer (good but we know excellence and need to do better in 2013). We really start gearing up in July. It think the signs were well received and very attractive. One of our committee was pushing for a different design he had seen before of an 11×17 framed print instead of a sign that gets thrown away so the sponsor has something to take back and hang up in their office or home if they wish. Not sure we will do that since I am sure it would be more costly, but it is out there as an idea already.

Thanks for your email. The golf tournament went well and the signs were great. They were very easy to set up and it was wonderful for me to not have to worry about the design, layout, printing, etc. They tend to be the last thing that gets done and always a scramble.

I couldn’t have asked for any nicer service from anyone I dealt with. Everyone one was so nice and helpful. The signs turned out great! Our biggest problem with the tournament was getting people to play. If you have any suggestions on how we could do a better job on getting players it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the follow-up. The golf outing was a success and working with you and Jeane was great. The flags looked great on the course and we believe were much better than a traditional flag that would not have displayed as well since there was little wind that day.
As for next year, my college will not be involved in the 2012 golf outing for the MAPPA organization. Each year a different college or university hosts the golf event and conference. I’m not exactly sure who is hosting the 2012 conference but both will be held October 13-17, 2012 in Minneapolis, MN. If asked, I will be sure to share the success we had using your company.

The signs looked great FYI, and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Khee and especially Christina did a great job dealing with me so last minute, and I really appreciate it. My company is involved in another, much larger nonprofit’s golf tournament later this year, and I am pushing for them to use you guys this time, so hopefully you will hear from them soon.

The process working with you and Fairway was great!!! Unfortunately our representative Dustin left your company but Corinne picked up the account and did well. Dustin didn’t note our physical address change so our signs were shipped to the old address. Corinne was able to have them sent to the proper address the very next day. Great job!!!
We also had 142 players, with 144 selling out the event, so we were close there. All in all, this was our best tournament ever. The sponsors were very impressed with the signage, so much so that a couple of them took their signs to display at their office.

What I liked best about working with Fairway Sponsors was ongoing communication, being assigned a dedicated designer, the skills and follow-through of my designer, the quick production time, signage quality, pricing, and the handy tracking spreadsheet that was provided to track progress.
